Standard carriers: Yamato Transport and Sagawa Express

Shipping is free to destinations outside Okinawa Prefecture.

Shipping to Okinawa Prefecture is ¥1,200 and is free for purchases of ¥12,000 or more.

Delivery Method and Timing

Carriers: Yamato Transport and Sagawa Express.

Orders are normally dispatched within approximately 4–7 business days after acceptance, excluding public holidays. When your order ships, we will email you the tracking number.

After dispatch, delivery normally takes approximately 3–5 business days, excluding public holidays. Delivery to Okinawa Prefecture normally takes approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch. Contact the relevant carrier for the latest parcel status.

Total estimated delivery time: 10–20 days.
Because some orders are shipped internationally, actual delivery dates can vary significantly.
